How long does shipping take?

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing and 7-14 days for shipping. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer exchanges only on our Cubano and Rope necklaces. All custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I pick up my item?

At this time, we only offer shipping. However, we plan to introduce a local pickup option in the DMV area soon!
